Another Reason to Color Coordinate Your Bookcase

Organizing your bookcase by color is a clever and easily achievable style upgrade. “Start by taking all the books off your shelves,” says Sarah Shetter and Alison Palevsky, the duo behind L.A.’s SPI Design, “then create piles by hue and put them back on the shelf in the new rainbow order.” With this approach, pale orange tomes would sit next to darker orange ones and transition to reds.
