Love this idea seen in the new Home Department of Lord &Taylor which rocks. LT has a Jonathan Adler store inside and a new Kate Spade Home which is J'adorable! If you are in NYC you have to check it out.

Funny enough, at one job I had, we used scrabble tiles as nameplates outside everyone's office or cubicle. the plus side to that, it was easy to remove and replace the name when the person was no longer working there anymore.
